Linda B. Martin

Linda B. Martin is a partner at Rinos Martin & Sabongui. She joined the firm in 1982. Her practice focuses on representing physicians, healthcare providers, hospitals, cities, counties, law enforcement personnel, and professionals in all areas of civil litigation. Mrs. Martin has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict and prepared and argued writs and appeals before the California Appellate Court and U.S. District Court obtaining favorable client rulings. She has represented physicians before the Medical Board of California in administrative proceedings. Mrs. Martin also advises clients on medical malpractice and police practice issues.


Mrs. Martin graduated from Santa Clara University in 1976 with a B.A. in Political Science and from Western State College of Law with a J.D. in 1981.

Rinos & Martin Have Closed
