Dimitrios C. Rinos

Jim Rinos founded the firm in Orange County in 1978. After graduating from law school in his native Massachusetts, Mr. Rinos joined the law firm of Bonne, Jones, Bridges, Mueller & O’Keefe in Los Angeles where he obtained early success in the courtroom defending physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice cases. An accomplished trial attorney, Mr. Rinos represents the interests of healthcare providers, hospitals, dentists, and real estate brokers in professional negligence lawsuits, and physicians in administrative hearings before the California Medical Board. He also defends public entity clients in civil litigation that includes civil rights, police excessive force, employment, dangerous condition of public property, and medical malpractice. Mr. Rinos has appellate experience at all levels, including the United States Supreme Court.


Mr. Rinos graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 1968 with a Bachelor of Science degree and from Suffolk University Law School with a J.D. in 1973.

Rinos & Martin Have Closed
